Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment exclusively via UPI. Supported apps: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, and any UPI-enabled bank app. Our UPI ID is displayed on the booking screen. Cash payments are not accepted for pre-scheduled online consultations. For in-person consultations at the chamber, cash is acceptable.

How to Pay

(1) Select your consultation type and preferred time slot. (2) Send the exact fee to our UPI ID shown on screen. (3) Take a screenshot of the successful payment confirmation from your UPI app — it must clearly show the amount, date, time, and UPI transaction reference (UTR number). (4) Upload the screenshot in the booking form. (5) You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation within 30 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 8 PM, Monday–Saturday).

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after: (a) successful UPI payment, (b) screenshot upload, and (c) WhatsApp confirmation from our end. Do not assume your slot is reserved until you receive the confirmation message. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours on a business day, please call +91-9911387328.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following situations only: (1) Advocate is unavailable due to an emergency and cannot reschedule within 72 hours — full refund. (2) Technical failure on our end prevents the consultation from taking place — full refund. (3) Duplicate payment made in error — full refund of the duplicate amount. Refunds are processed to the original UPI source within 5–7 business days after verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if: (a) you do not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, (b) you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, (c) the consultation was completed but you are dissatisfied with the legal opinion (legal opinions are professional advice based on facts shared — outcomes cannot be guaranteed), or (d) the payment screenshot uploaded was invalid or fraudulent.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule: WhatsApp us at +91-9911387328 at least 2 hours before your slot. One free reschedule is permitted per booking. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your slot, a ₹99 processing fee is deducted and the balance is refunded. Cancellations within 2 hours of the slot are non-refundable. Rescheduled slots are subject to availability.

Consultation vs. Retainer

Consultation fees cover a single advisory session only. They do not constitute a retainer or create an ongoing attorney-client relationship. If you wish to engage Advocate Faizan Siddiqui for case representation, a separate retainer agreement will be executed with its own fee structure. Consultation fees are not adjustable against retainer fees unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Pricing Changes

Consultation fees are subject to change without advance notice. The fee displayed at the time of booking is the applicable fee for that booking. Existing confirmed bookings are not affected by price changes after confirmation.

Disputes

For payment disputes, contact us first at contact@advocateallahabad.in with your UPI transaction reference (UTR number) and booking details. We aim to resolve all payment disputes within 5 business days. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh.
